jlibd Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jlibd platform — including the website at jlibd.net, any mobile-optimised interface, or any associated application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and jlibd.

jlibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the jlibd website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Material changes that affect player rights will be communicated via a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed accordingly. Any translation provided for convenience has no legal standing in the event of a dispute. The English version is the sole authoritative text.

To use the jlibd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services of the nature offered by jlibd.
• You are accessing jlibd on your own behalf as an individual player, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended jlibd account.
• You are not a current or former employee of jlibd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology and payment partners, nor are you a close family member of such an individual.
• You are acting with full legal capacity and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.

jlibd employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time period specified by jlibd will result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

jlibd takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment source after deducting any winnings, which will be voided in full.

To access the full range of features on jlibd — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino play — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

You are strictly limited to one account per person, per household, and per device. jlibd uses technical and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate account creation. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings will be void.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlibd account credentials, including your username and password. jlibd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP, which is available to all account holders free of charge. You must notify jlibd support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

jlibd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security or to report suspicious activity in a timely manner.

• All information provided at registration must match your official identity documents.
• Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or national ID number require written verification and are subject to jlibd compliance review.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• jlibd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

All financial transactions on jlibd are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jlibd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only accepted channels; no bank card, international wire, or cryptocurrency transactions are supported at this time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. This matching requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a standard timeframe of 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to identity verification status and compliance checks.

Players are required to wager their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This single rollover requirement applies to real-money deposits only. Bonus funds are subject to separate, higher wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

jlibd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

jlibd monitors betting patterns associated with bonus use. The following actions may be classified as bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potentially account review:

• Placing low-risk, high-coverage bets (e.g., betting on all or near-all outcomes simultaneously) designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Using bonus funds primarily on games that contribute 0% or a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers collectively.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Providing false information to qualify for a targeted promotion.

Bonus eligibility and availability may vary by player location, account status, and payment method. jlibd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions with reasonable notice.

All casino games available on jlibd — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing arcade titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game studios. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or voided by jlibd after the round has concluded, except in the specific circumstances described below.

jlibd's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, domestic and international football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules govern sports betting on jlibd:

• Bets are accepted until the market is suspended, which typically occurs at the start of the relevant event for pre-match markets, or in real time for live in-play markets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport's rules as published in jlibd's Sportsbook Rules document.
• jlibd reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, data errors, or system malfunctions that affected the odds at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are settled by multiplying individual selection odds. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before initiating game rounds or placing bets. jlibd is not responsible for session interruptions caused by the player's own network, device, or mobile service provider.

jlibd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity, security, or fairness of the platform or that causes harm to other players or to jlibd itself. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the jlibd platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. jlibd is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or in any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage over the operator or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI agents, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without human input.
• Exploiting Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the jlibd platform, games, or payment systems. Players who discover errors are expected to report them to support immediately.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your jlibd wallet and used for betting.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at jlibd support staff or other players through any channel.

jlibd uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual compliance review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jlibd may act immediately to protect the platform and other players without prior notice to the affected account.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlibd support via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jlibd will confirm the request, settle any outstanding bets, and process any eligible withdrawal of real-money funds to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

jlibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder under the responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account review or restriction.

Where an account is closed by jlibd due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending a compliance investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, eligible funds will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited in accordance with the severity of the violation.
